A discount of 5% will be offered for full-year enrolment.
Attendance of 98% is required.
Costs for trips and events are not included in the annual fee. These will vary based on the specific activities planned and will be communicated to parents in advance of each event.
Extra-curricular activities are not included in the annual fee. The additional fees will be communicated to parents in advance.
Parents are responsible for providing all food, diapers/pampers, personal care items (such as baby cream), and any necessary medicines for their child. These items are not included in the Centre fees and must be supplied by the parents.

Our centre closes at 5:30pm. We offer After-Hours Care from 2pm to 5pm. It's available at 100 AED/hour and would be billed monthly based on usage.
Summer Provision (Beg. of July): It is offered at an additional cost for AED 650/ week.

Post-dated cheques are accepted for instalment plans
A charge of AED 100 will be applied for any returned cheques

Payments can be made in person at our reception
A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions

Annual Payment
Full annual fees are due before the start of the academic year
A 5% discount is applied for full annual ENROLLMENT
Termly Payments
Fees can be paid in three instalments, due before the start of each term
Monthly Payments
Monthly payment plans are available upon request and approval

A late payment fee of AED 100 will be charged for payments received after the due date.
If fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date, the Centre reserves the right to suspend the child's attendance until the outstanding balance is settled.
Persistent late payments may result in the termination of the child's place at the center.

The registration fee and supplementary fees are non-refundable.
Tuition fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if a child withdraws from the Centre, subject to the terms of our withdrawal policy.
No refunds will be given for absence due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons.

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the withdrawal of a child from our Centre. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:
Notice Period: Parents must provide a minimum of one month's written notice before withdrawing their child from the Centre.
Fees:
If the required notice is given, parents are responsible for fees up to the last day of attendance.
If less than one month's notice is given, parents are responsible for fees for the entire month following the notice.
Refunds:
Any fees paid in advance beyond the notice period will be refunded.
Registration fees and other one-time fees are non-refundable.
Documentation:
A Transfer Certificate will be issued once all outstanding fees are settled.
We will prepare a final progress report for your child.
Exit Interview: We request an exit interview to gather feedback and ensure a smooth transition for your child.
Re-enrolment: Should you wish to re-enrol your child in the future, you will need to go through the admission process again, subject to availability.
