Our Admission Policy
-
Our Centre admits children on a first-come, first-served basis while giving priority to siblings of current children.
We strictly adhere to the KHDA guidelines on staff-to-children ratios and comply with the legal space requirements set by the KHDA. Once capacity is reached, we implement a waiting list and invite children based on their position on the list as spots become available.
To be eligible for admission, children must be at least 45 days old and less than 4 years and 11 months old at the time of enrolment.
-
The admission process commences upon receipt of an inquiry from parents, either online or in person.
The parents are invited for a tour of the centre and information is given about the centre, childcare arrangements, etc.
Following an initial discussion, if the parents decide on enrolment, required documents are requested.
Admission is finalized within five days upon submission of all necessary documents, including signing the registration agreement and completing enrolment procedures and payment.
In case any of the required documents are unavailable, parents are required to submit a signed letter stating valid reasons and when the documents are expected to be received.
Once the Centre has completed the registration with KHDA, the parents/guardians will receive the contract for signing, hence concluding the process

Graduation
Upon graduation, a thorough final assessment of the child's progress is conducted, documenting achievements and areas of development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. A comprehensive report is prepared, detailing the child's readiness for the next stage of education.
A graduation ceremony will be organized to celebrate the child's accomplishments, providing a sense of closure and recognition for their time at the Centre.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) can be issued upon request, which may be required for admission to primary school. Additionally, a portfolio of the child's work is provided, showcasing their learning journey during their time at the Centre.
An exit meeting is conducted with the parents to discuss the child’s progress, provide advice on the transition to primary school, and gather feedback on their experience with the Centre.
Our Center will update its records to indicate that the child has graduated, ensuring the KHDA system is accurately maintained.
Leaving the Centre Before Graduation:
Parents are required to provide notice, as specified in the Parent- Centre contract, before withdrawing their child from the Centre.
A final assessment of the child's development is completed, and a detailed report is provided to assist with the transition to a new Centre or educational setting.
A Transfer Certificate is issued upon request, provided that all outstanding fees are settled. This certificate is necessary for transferring to another Centre or school.
An exit meeting is scheduled to discuss the reasons for leaving, share the final report, and collect feedback that could improve the Centre 's services.
The Centre updates its records in the KHDA system to reflect the child's departure. If the child is moving to another KHDA-registered institution, the transfer is properly noted.
The child's records are securely archived in compliance with KHDA regulations, ensuring they are available if needed in the future.
