Arabic Language Program

Our Target

Building Strong Arabic Foundations from an Early Age

Our Arabic reading programme is built around a series of exclusive books created by our Principal, drawing on years of experience in early childhood education. These books provide teachers with a structured, step-by-step teaching guide, ensuring consistency in instruction and supporting every child in progressing from letter recognition to confident Arabic reading at a pace that matches their individual development.

At Al Fajr Early Childhood Center, we introduce children to the Arabic language through fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities. As soon as children are developmentally ready to hold a pencil and recognize letter sounds, they begin their Arabic literacy journey.

Through play-based learning, children develop confidence in:

  • Recognizing Arabic letters

  • Learning letter sounds

  • Pencil control and early writing skills

  • Matching letters and pictures

  • Harakat (short vowels: Fatha, Kasra, Damma)

  • Sukoon and Shaddah

  • Madd (elongation/long vowels) and reading fluency

  • Reading words and sentences

  • Building vocabulary through songs, stories, and games

Every lesson is designed to make learning Arabic enjoyable while building a strong foundation for future reading and writing.
